Team building that gives backScavenger hunt

The Great
Food Dash

Supermarket Sweep meets a scavenger hunt with a heart. Race checkpoint pubs, hunt down vouchers, and buy the biggest food-bank donation haul in London. Highest points wins - and everybody actually wins.

Every point = real donations ❤️
How it works

Small fund. Big haul. Tight deadline.

Each team starts with a small donation fund and a shopping list of eligible items, each worth 10–50 points. Your job: turn that fund into as many points as possible before the finish time.

Bonus vouchers donated by supermarkets are hidden at checkpoint pubs across the city - but there are only three per pub, so move fast and plan smart.

Everything you buy goes straight to a donation drop-off hub at the end. Competitive shopping, for good.

How to play

01

Unlock vouchers 🎟️

Visit a checkpoint pub, get a couple of drinks in (softs count), and ask the bar staff if any vouchers remain. Post a team photo with the pub name in WhatsApp to claim it.

Just three vouchers per checkpoint. Once they're gone, they're gone.
02

Collect items 🛒

Buy eligible items from the official shopping list - every item is worth points. Standard sizes or larger, keep the receipts, and shop smart: the list rewards strategy over splurging.

03

Watch for speed challenges ⚡

Surprise WhatsApp challenges drop all evening, judged on speed, creativity and humour - worth bonus points or vouchers. No warning, so keep an eye on your phone.

04

Deliver the haul 🏁

Get everything to the final donation drop-off hub by the announced finish time. Highest points total takes the crown - and the whole haul goes to people who need it.

The bit that matters

Every point on the board is food on a shelf.

Food banks across London are stretched further every year - and the items they run out of first are exactly what's on your shopping list: long-life essentials, toiletries, the everyday stuff.

So while your team races, plots and panic-buys, you're stocking a food bank for weeks. The competition is the fun part. The haul is the point.
